The warrants have been issued by TADA courts in arms seizure cases registered against Mustaffa in Valsad, Jamnagar, Porbander, Bharuch and Ahmedabad.
"It was decided in a meeting inside Aurthur Road jail (where the blast convicts are lodged) on Monday that the outfit would be called Dalit and Muslim United Front," said Shahid Azmi, Dossa's lawyer.
Mustaffa and brother Mohammad Dossa are accused of distributing arms and ammunition in the runup to the 1993 serial blasts in Mumbai.
